Four days in, the weight has not changed. It is just easier to let the form slip. This session trains the ability to hold standard under fatigue. Not more energy. Holding what was built when it was easier to hold.

When should I listen?
That depends on the series. The Morning Dojo is designed for first thing in the morning. Evening and bedtime series are coming. Each practice is built for the moment it serves.
Do I need to follow a specific series?
Each session stands alone. You can start anywhere. But each series is designed as a complete arc, and doing it in full is where the real training happens.
How is this different from the Sessions?
Sessions go deep on a single concept, 20 to 30 minutes. The Daily Dojo is your regular training practice, short and targeted to a specific moment in your day.
